The Third Advent - Saint Lucia's day

The third advent came with devouted feelings. Here in Finland 13th December (last Wednesday) is the day of Saint Lucia. Saint Lucia is a martyr who took care of the poor and was a saint of the blind people. Her story is actually quite dramatic, her being a young maid whose destiny was determined beforehand and her being killed after she refused to follow that destiny and stick to Christianity even if it was forbidden at her era.

Here in the north Lucia is allegory of eternal life and the bringer of light (and hope) in the middle of darkest months of the year. Every year Lucia maiden is chosen among young girls, and criterion for Lucia maiden is to be smiling, pure and light-hearted. Lucia is chosen from applicants by public voting.

So I took part in this pretty tradition - who wouldn't, when there's such a dramatic story behind, and an opportunity to dress all white and beautiful! My dress consists mainly of Taeyang Romantic Mad Hatter stock outfit. Boots are second hand, and my beautiful lace skirt is actually a lace bag folded in the shape x3 The garland is drawn by Paint Tool Sai.

I got to pose with my darling Sebastian!!!

Hello darlings! 💕How's your summer been? Mine have been really booooring. Seems like my host bought me for nothing more than to be a pretty decorative item for her nice little home. Until finally, the summer came. And with summer, came the two Black Butler art books! So my host really had no excuse to keep ignoring her most fabulous doll anymore 😡😣😭 I got to pose with my darling Sebastian (well, not really, but I think this is as close as I can get to him in this situation with my after-life...) 💘 I could keep on fangirling about him for the eternity, so I think it's better to offer you some photos before you leave my site 😙

First, we did just some test shoots with me. I really don't have pretty dolly summer clothes yet, which pisses me off. Fortunately I own a pair of nice thin leggings. I paired them with my everyday wear vest, which I really like as without the shirt it could be worn as a halterneck top. Underneath it I tied a red bow, which gave some accent to the look.

I also tried on a garland sold by Mimi Collection. It didn't work out with this outfit that well, but when I finally get some nice summer clothes it's going to be super 💗

My maid shoes are actually made for a Monchhihi doll (sold by Mimi Collection ) 😂 I wonder why I had to tell that to you, as I could as well just say good bye for my future career of fashionista... 

My host apparently doesn't know my foot size, as these are a little bit loose. She tuned them with a pair of black diamond skull buttons, which somehow made them work. 

And finally... there they are!!! Most fabulous thing that post have brought this year.
